4a) View Hypothesis, Theory and Law in Science at https://study.com/learn/lesson/theory-hypothesis-law-differences-examples.html, write notes on clip in journal and two statements.  One sentence must tell how observation, hypothesis, theory and law are alike, but the other statement must tell how these terms are different. 
 
4b) Finish section 3 of chapter 1 study guide by 1/20 and do section 4 by 1/21.
 
5) Use directions in uploaded Introduction to Writing a Lab Report to complete the water and oil part of MiniLab on page 13 of textbook and to do the part that involves whole milk and food coloring by 1/24.  Submit lab report with observations and answers to lab questions on page 13 by 1/25. 
 
6) Start #1-3 & 5-17 of study guide for first exam (Chemistry CFA 1 SG) by 1/24, use uploaded 4 States of Matter to draw 4 states.  Label each state as having definite or indefinite volume and shape beneath each drawing, label at least 1 ion and 1 electron in drawing of plasma.  Also highlight 8 terms on diagram of names of changes between states of matter and circle the unfamiliar vocabulary words in these 8 by 1/25.
 
7) Finish study guide for exam 1 by 1/26 and correct errors.  The first test will happen on Thursday, 1/27.
